10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse 0. Drink up to 60 oz of green smoothies/day. Keep it refrigerated and drink one-third every 3-4hrs throughout the day or drink smoothie as you get hungry. OPTIONAL: May add 1 scoop/day of protein powder.
